Ugh, these workouts are tough enough without the added Ab workout. Truth is I need it so badly that as much as it’s going to kill mee, I know I’ll be better for it. Way to go Chris!

The basic logic could work with other frameworks, but you would have to modify the tables it uses and anything else required…
