Week 4 – Day 2 – Cardio Power & Resistance
This week has been stupid tough and we’re only on day two! I was down for the count on Monday due to a mild case of the stomach flu and getting back into the swing of things has proven to be much more difficult than I thought it would be. I felt much better on Tuesday but, still was not able to eat much and felt a bit queezy after meals. However, I simply couldn’t miss another workout so, I pushed through PURE CARDIO & CARDIO ABS!!! Needless to say, not feelin’ so hot after that rotation. Tonight I was hoping for better results after a day of stuffing my face as usual without much discomfort alas, once again I suffered.
It’s so strange, I feel fine but I can not for the life of me, bring that power, that energy to the workouts that I was able to just last week. I’m super frustrated and really hoping that this doesn’t last too much longer. I really like to workout balls to the walls or not at all and if this keeps up I won’t be finding the same solace in my cardio workouts that I normally do. I’m nauseous.
