Week 2- Day 4 Cardio Recovery

It’s strange how much one can forget in one week. Although I know that I’ve done all these workouts, I’m still stumbling through the first few minutes of each Insanity workout trying to recall what tortures lay ahead. So, Cardio Recovery, week 2 edition. . .all I have to say is Cardio Recovery MY ASS!!! This one’s a trixie little workout it is. It starts out so calm, simple really then, about mid workout, there are some insane deep yoga poses that absolutely kill! It’s always strange when a “simple” stretch makes you pant and sweat. Anyways, I’m more than ready to get back to cardio manana!
