Week 2- Day 3 Back to Team Fay

It was a sad, lonely couple of nights. The hubs was fightin’ his demons. . .migraines and the illness that has been following this family around like the plague since the beginning of December. But tonight, no more! Chris, although still feeling a bit under the weather, finally grew a pair and met me in our gym (er, our living room) for a wicked Plyometric Cardio Circuit. I can most definitely feel an improvement from our first week of Insanity. I don’t cramp up during the warm up anymore and I’m completing much more of the body of the workout than I was able to just a week ago.

I have to wonder though, I have always been a cardio kind of gal, it’s kept me pretty thin and it’s always been a great outlet for me as far as being able to unload some of the junk knocking around in my brain. In fact, P90X was the first muscle building regiment that I completed in my life. So, what do I have to gain from this workout? There’s no way that I will end up looking like any of the girls in the Insanity workout. Those girls are fitness professionals who spend their entire day working out. So, what do I have to look forward to? Weight loss? I can see some definition in my abs but, an educated guesstimate at my end result, your guess is as good as mine! So, I’ll keep ya’ll posted.
