Week 2 – Day 1 – Cardio Power & Resistance
Done and done – dragged a bit in the beginning with that wicked warm-up, but finished stronger I think than the last time around. Jennie and I took some week 2 pictures and can definitely seem some results so far, but won’t post anything until the second fit test at the start of week 3. I did notice my lungs felt a bit locked throughout the workout, probably due to the respiratory infection I’ve been dancing around but hasn’t really caught on yet – hopefully it doesn’t take me out.
