Week 1 – Day 6- Week one of Insanity completed!
Day-6 Plyometric Cardio Circuit
OMG! I can’t believe that we are one week down! Not to say that I am gliding through this workout effortlessly but, I can definitely feel an improvement from just a mere 6 days ago when the hubs and I first stumbled, gasped, and weazed through our fit test. In fact, I think that I finally made it through the warm up (yes, I said warm up!) without having to take a serious breather. After years and years of doing primarily cardio driven workouts at the gym I am realizing that nothing that I have ever done has been this challenging cardiovascularly and I hoping that, in return, I’ll get in rockin’ shape by the end of two months! Day of rest tomorrow and then, on to week two! Yeehaw!
