Week 1 – Day 5 – Pure Cardio

Completed it yesterday mid-day and just getting around to jotting down the details now. It was rough – no breaks really aside from the pause to stretch between the intense warmup and the actual workout. The primary workout was about 20 minutes straight, composed of insane 1 minute rounds of various exercises sequentially – unlike the previous days where you had a few dedicated breaks, this was just lumped together right until the end. Jennie and I were dying and had to rest a few times throughout to keep from passing out, throwing up, or worse, and felt a little less guilty about it considering many on the tape were doing the same.

I actually enjoyed it, from what I was able to keep up with, and am looking forward to wrapping up the first week tonight. Already seeing some results as far as the shrinkwrappage goes, which is slick – can’t wait to see what week 8 looks like :)
