I see the excerpt of your edits to the script, but not a link to your actual site with the content. Can you post a link to a page in your site with those chars?

What do you mean by ‘could not get it to work’? Did the characters remain, or did the script fail?

Please post a link to content with the characters you want replaced.

Hi I’ve tried your script, but could not get it to work for me. Did I get it right?

$cleansed = str_replace(“â€™”, “‘”, $unclensed, $count1);
$cleansed = str_replace(“â€œ”, “‘”, $cleansed, $count2);
$cleansed = str_replace(“â€ “, “‘”, $cleansed, $count3);

Actually I like count 2 and 3 to be replaced with ” not ‘?

Really appreciate it if you could help.
